Plant Warranty Policy

At Olson’s Greenhouse Gardens, we take pride in growing and supplying high-quality plants to our retail partners and customers. We carefully cultivate our plants to ensure they are healthy, vibrant, and ready to thrive in their new environment.

No Warranty Policy

Due to the living nature of plants and the many variables beyond our control after they leave our care, we do not offer a warranty or guarantee on plant performance or longevity. Factors such as watering practices, planting conditions, weather, soil quality, pests, and maintenance routines all play a significant role in a plant’s success—and these are unique to each customer and location.

Once a plant leaves our greenhouses, we cannot control the conditions it is placed in or how it is cared for. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for plants that fail to thrive after purchase.

Our Commitment to Quality

While we do not offer a formal warranty, we are committed to providing the best possible products. All of our plants are inspected before delivery to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
